Ok we all know WoW or moust of us know and i mean about the lot.I have play wow and quit becouse of the guild management of the raid runs and lot.I was an asasin and raid like creazy with my guild in Zulu for the last bos dager waiting for it to drop.I have hold all my DKP points just in case it will drop.After 3 months it finaly drop it and all asasins bet ,we was 3 in that raid and ,of course i was biding just a bit more than the uthers and than shock.The Guild leader without anouncing let hunters to bid also and one of them of course winn and...3 mounths of raiding same dungeon was lost in a sec.
But like we all know wow have bind items soo one mistake and nothing can be change.Of corse i quit the guild and soon the game becouse of the few option that u hade ,at that time, without the guild,witch we all know without the guild u will never have best gear in wow(now things have ben change in wow but i am talking about that time)
My point is this:as a guild leader u must inform us about the rules of the lot in Raids-boses and parties for special lot.Becouse i just dont whant to end up like i did in wow.:eek:

I'm currently making a Main Page, and have putted therealready info for that, Raid Rules, PvP Rules. And some more new Things. CUrrently busy with it. We want to get a nice Group of Friends, which are all mature. We aren't a Legion that is raiding and everyone clicks all the time on all items! No! We're a Experienced Legion and we discuss the things before we're doing a Raid what everybody need's. The Raid Leader makes the Decissions and i choose the Raid Leaders. Is a Player not listening to us, and pull mobs and get all the loot. We kick him out of the Legion. So easy is that? (First time we give 1 warning).

Indeed, don't have too much mercy...
When I played WoW, some ppl made soooo many mistakes in raid, never never got a kick, and as result we wipe each time...

Hope this won't happen in here :P

I've said this back when i was in wow, i believe that as a legion, we should help people upgrade as fast as we can, and this includes raids, where drops should go for people who will benefit the most and who will upgrade the most, this way everyone would be upgrading at the same level.

In terms of Aion raids, i only hope that there won't be problems similar to the ones in wow, where for example in Hyjal Summit people with super fast connection were getting disconnected like 10 times per boss, quite ridiculous.

i agree on this. I've seen people who were strong enough to wipe out the whole group he was with. Instead of making one guy super strong, concentrate on making the whole group strong. a group of 5 strong people, will have more effect on an other group of 5 then a group of 4 weaklings and 1 über dude.
