Well I have a private life aswell so I prefer to have saturdays free.
I guess starting around 19:30 server time, which is usually the same as in Holland seems best for me.

From now, because NCSoft haven't already unveilded the Default Server Time. We choosed +0GMT as Standard Server Time.

But I agree, that time i choosed to, the most Raids will take us 1 Hour to 4 Hours.

why not each day there will be a raid when its possible and have some standard raids aswel heres an example
monday : standard raid day
thuesday: fun/offday/raid when theres enough ppl that wants to go
wednesday: standard raid day
thursday: fun/offday/raid when theres enough ppl that wants to go
friday: standard
saterday: standard
sunday: fun....

something like that? ^^

Let's wait with this poll. First we need to get introduced with the game and then we can say something about rates, but raids ofcourse in the weekends.

days in the week, when i move out i could go in the weekends aswel but atm
not yet
also i think hell alot of ppl goes out on fridays and saturdays so i think you should make somekind of list for each day how much ppl would like to go to get enough ppl for a raid or the thing that i said above
